I just got home from lacrosse. These past few games I’ve done terribly and my coach finally took me out from Varsity starting. The JV girl went in and killed it (20 saves to 8 goals let in) while I, in the JV game, had 11 saves and 4 goals let in; less shots actually taken from JV. I’m so stressed in preparing for finals that it’s effecting me everywhere. Doing bad in lacrosse just triggers me so much because I feeling like a suck at everything, which makes me want to control that by the ED. Plus, now I don’t think I’ll start tomorrow either. I don’t want to sound whiny, it’s just that I KNOW I can do so so so much better than I have been doing. I tried meditating to help myself from the anxiety I feel, but is there any particular yoga routine on YouTube or something else I could try?

What you will need:
- 1 apple cut into bite size chunks (I like using Gala, Fuji or Red Delicious but any apples work)
